We've noticed something strange happening. There seems to be a connection between Dr. Who and Little Britain, some kind of umbilicus of creativity is joining these two British institutions, here's the evidence.
David teamed up with Mark Gatiss to write three short "spoof" links for the 1999 BBC TV "Doctor Who Night" to celebrate 30 years of Dr Who. Tom Baker presented the programme.
The Pitch of Fear, where David pitches the original idea of Dr Who to Mark Gatiss' version of the then-BBC-controller, Sydney Newman.
The Kidnappers, where he kidnaps Peter Davison for his and Mark's nefarious purposes.
The Web of Caves, where he plays the chief alien, determined that Mark's Dok-tor will "stop him" performing an evil scheme
Tom Baker was a Doctor Who and has appeared in Little Britain!
Doctor Who audio production Phantasmagoria, was written by Mark Gatiss who's also written for Little Britain.
Doctor Who audio productions have featured the vocal talents of both David Walliams and Matt Lucas.
Anthony Head, the Prime Minister in Little Britain also played the Headmaster recently in the all new Russell T Davis Doctor Who.
David Tennant, the current Doctor also starred in Casanova and Matt Lucas had a cameo.
David was in Spaced, Simon Pegg from Spaced was in Dr. Who.
